All work will be performed in strict adherence to the Thai Building Control Act, local Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) zoning regulations, and international telecommunications standards (ITU-T, IEEE, and TIA/EIA).

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the Thailand Bangkok market.
2. Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of installation works, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover of the as-built documentation signed by the Telecommunication Engineer.
3. All work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved project schedule. The estimated project duration is twelve (12) weeks from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with all activities confined to the client's premises in Thailand Bangkok.
4. The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project shall be the primary point of technical contact and shall attend weekly progress meetings at the Bangkok project site.
5. Any change in scope beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
6. The contractor shall maintain full professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by Thai labor law for all personnel working in Thailand Bangkok.
7. Warranty period of twelve (12) months commences from the date of final acceptance. During this period, the Telecommunication Engineer shall respond to any reported defects within forty-eight (48) hours.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not include any third-party permits, utility easement fees, or municipal excavation permits that may be required by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Such costs, if applicable, shall be borne by the client.
