The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables within the Turkey Ankara project site:

2.1 Site Survey and Feasibility Assessment: A thorough on-site inspection of the Turkey Ankara location, including terrain analysis, existing conduit mapping, signal propagation modeling, and identification of potential interference sources. The Telecommunication Engineer will produce a detailed feasibility report within seven (7) business days of site access.

2.3 Equipment Procurement and Installation: The Telecommunication Engineer will oversee the procurement, delivery, and physical installation of all active and passive network equipment, including but not limited to optical transceivers, patch panels, rack-mounted switches, outdoor base station antennas, and associated cabling infrastructure.

2.4 Commissioning, Testing, and Handover: Full system integration testing, performance benchmarking against agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs), documentation preparation, and formal handover to the client's operations team in Turkey Ankara.

In accordance with this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: thirty percent (30%) upon execution of the contract and receipt of the signed Quotation Estimate; forty percent (40%) upon completion of the network design phase and delivery of engineering documentation; twenty-five percent (25%) upon successful commissioning and handover; and five percent (5%) upon expiration of the twelve-month maintenance period in Turkey Ankara. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the master service agreement. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision due to currency fluctuation between USD and TRY, as well as potential changes in equipment availability.
2. The Telecommunication Engineer reserves the right to modify the scope of work if unforeseen site conditions in Turkey Ankara necessitate design changes. Any such modifications shall be documented in a formal change order and mutually agreed upon before implementation.
3. All work performed under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Turkish Building Code, BTK telecommunications regulations, and applicable international standards (ITU-T, ETSI, IEEE).
4. The Telecommunication Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage throughout the duration of the project in Turkey Ankara.
5. Intellectual property rights for all design documents, schematics, and engineering reports produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment of the amounts specified in this Quotation Estimate.
6. Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this Quotation Estimate and the associated contract for a period of five (5) years.
