• The client shall provide the Telecommunication Engineer with safe access to the project site, necessary permits from Abu Dhabi municipal and TDRA authorities, and all prerequisite civil works completed prior to the commencement of telecommunications installation activities.
• All engineering deliverables shall comply with TDRA regulations, UAE Civil Defense requirements, and the Abu Dhabi Utilities Company (ADDC) and Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADC) guidelines applicable to telecommunications infrastructure in the emirate.
• Intellectual property rights for all design documents, network topologies, and engineering specifications produced under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full and final payment.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions common to the Abu Dhabi region, government-mandated work stoppages, or supply chain disruptions, shall extend the project timeline on a day-for-day basis without penalty to either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the UAE Federal Arbitration Law, with the seat of arbitration in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
