The Telecommunication Engineer shall perform the following tasks as part of this engagement:
- Site Survey and Feasibility Assessment: A full on-site inspection of the client's premises located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to evaluate existing infrastructure, identify signal propagation challenges, and determine optimal equipment placement for wireless and wired telecommunications systems.
- Network Design and Engineering: Development of detailed engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for the telecommunications network, including fiber backbone, copper distribution, and wireless access points.
- Equipment Procurement and Supply: Sourcing, customs clearance, and delivery of all telecommunications hardware including routers, switches, patch panels, fiber optic cables, coaxial cables, and 5G small-cell antennas.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of equipment supply and physical installation, and 30% upon successful commissioning, final testing, and handover of all documentation. All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the designated account of Emirates Telecommunications Solutions LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Invoices are due within fourteen (14) calendar days of issuance.
The Telecommunication Engineer and supporting team estimate a total project duration of eight (8) to ten (10) weeks from the date of contract signing, contingent upon timely approval of TDRA permits and availability of imported equipment. The schedule will be managed in accordance with the project milestones agreed upon in the Statement of Work annexed to this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in equipment costs within the United Arab Emirates.
- All work performed by the Telecommunication Engineer is warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final commissioning, covering both materials and workmanship.
- The client shall provide safe access to the project site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and shall be responsible for any third-party permits not explicitly listed in this quotation.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before execution.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
