Scope of Services – Telecommunication EngineerMeridian Telecom Solutions Ltd. shall deploy a qualified and experienced Telecommunication Engineer to undertake the following works at the designated site in United Kingdom London. The Telecommunication Engineer holds relevant certifications including BICSI, NICEIC, and Ofcom-registered qualifications, ensuring full compliance with all applicable United Kingdom telecommunications regulations and Building Regulations (Part P). Payment shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of installation works; and 30% upon final commissioning, certification, and handover of all documentation. All payments are due within 14 calendar days of invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as applicable in United Kingdom London and throughout the United Kingdom.
Terms and Conditions1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or availability of the Telecommunication Engineer and specialist equipment.
2. All works shall be carried out in strict compliance with the United Kingdom Telecommunications (Safety) Regulations 2004, the Electrical Safety, Economic Regulators and Enforcement (Amendment) Regulations 2013, and all applicable Building Regulations for the London region.
3. The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project shall be a fully qualified, insured, and DBS-checked professional. Meridian Telecom Solutions Ltd. carries £10,000,000 public liability insurance and £5,000,000 professional indemnity insurance, valid throughout the United Kingdom including London.
4. The client shall provide safe access to all areas of the United Kingdom London site, including roof spaces, plant rooms, and external cable routes. Any access restrictions or site-specific safety requirements must be communicated to the Telecommunication Engineer prior to commencement of works.
5. Any variations or additional works beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written variation order signed by both parties. No additional work shall commence without prior written approval and an agreed adjustment to the total Quotation Estimate value.
6. All telecommunications equipment supplied under this Quotation Estimate carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty in addition to the 12-month installation warranty provided by Meridian Telecom Solutions Ltd.
7. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom London.
8. Meridian Telecom Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to subcontract specialist elements of the work, provided that the primary Telecommunication Engineer remains responsible for overall project coordination, quality assurance, and final commissioning at the United Kingdom London site.
