This Quotation Estimate is issued by NorthPoint Telecom Solutions Ltd to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Telecommunication Engineer to deliver design, installation, testing, and commissioning of telecommunication infrastructure at the client's premises located in United Kingdom Manchester. The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of a BEng (Hons) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, be registered with the Engineering Council (EngC or CEng), and possess at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience in commercial telecommunication deployments within the United Kingdom. All work will be conducted in strict compliance with BS EN 50174, BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations), and the UK Telecommunications (Infrastructure) Regulations 2016.

The estimated duration for the complete telecommunication engineering project in United Kingdom Manchester is twelve (12) working weeks from the date of contract execution. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided within five (5) working days of receiving a signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The Telecommunication Engineer will attend a weekly progress meeting with the client's representative every Friday at 14:00 BST.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Telecommunication Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of installation works; 30% upon final certification and handover of as-built documentation.
- All work will be carried out by a qualified Telecommunication Engineer and a minimum team of two (2) certified technicians. No subcontracting will occur without prior written consent from the client.
- The Telecommunication Engineer and all support personnel will hold valid UK right-to-work documentation, enhanced DBS clearance, and current CSCS / NICEIC / OTEC certifications as applicable.
- All materials and equipment supplied will carry a minimum manufacturer's warranty of five (5) years. The 12-month post-commissioning support period (Item 07) is in addition to, and does not replace, manufacturer warranties.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the total Quotation Estimate value will require a formal variation order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom Manchester.
- NorthPoint Telecom Solutions Ltd carries Professional Indemnity Insurance of £5,000,000 and Public Liability Insurance of £10,000,000, both valid throughout the project duration.
- The client agrees to provide safe access to all areas of the United Kingdom Manchester site, including roof spaces, plant rooms, and external ducting routes, during agreed working hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday).
- Confidentiality: All site plans, network topologies, and security configurations shared during this engagement are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorises NorthPoint Telecom Solutions Ltd to proceed with the telecommunication engineering works as described. The Telecommunication Engineer will be mobilised to the United Kingdom Manchester site within ten (10) working days of the signed acceptance and receipt of the 30% deposit.
