- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Telecommunication Engineer are subject to re-evaluation.
- All pricing is quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and is inclusive of the Telecommunication Engineer's professional time, standard tools, and project management oversight. Hardware, cabling, and third-party equipment costs are itemized separately upon request.
- Payment terms: 30% upon execution of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of installation, and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of as-built documentation. Invoices are due net-30 days from the date of invoice.
- The Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with all applicable federal, Illinois state, and City of Chicago local regulations, including but not limited to OSHA safety standards, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and the Chicago Building Code.
- Any change in scope, additional site conditions, or force majeure events (including severe Chicago winter weather or municipal utility outages) may result in a revised Quotation Estimate, to be issued in writing within five (5) business days of the triggering event.
- This estimate does not include costs for structural modifications, elevator shaft penetrations, or third-party carrier interconnection fees, which will be quoted separately by the respective vendors.
- Confidentiality: All project data, network schematics, and client information shared in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as proprietary and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chicago.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Midwest Telecom Solutions LLC to proceed with scheduling the Telecommunication Engineer and initiating the project timeline at the Chicago, United States service location.
