The following services will be delivered by our senior Telecommunication Engineer team operating out of our Houston, Texas facility. All work will be performed in compliance with FCC regulations, TCEC standards, and local United States Houston municipal building codes.

The Telecommunication Engineer team estimates a total project duration of ten (10) to twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract execution. The schedule will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate United States Houston municipal permitting timelines, weather conditions typical of the Houston, Texas climate, and any client-requested modifications to the scope of work. A detailed Gantt chart will be provided within five (5) business days of contract signing.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on material costs, labor market conditions in the United States Houston area, and regulatory changes.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit due upon contract execution; 40% due upon completion of installation milestones; 30% due upon final acceptance and delivery of as-built documentation.
- All Telecommunication Engineer services shall be performed in strict accordance with FCC Part 30, Part 74, and Part 95 regulations, as well as applicable Texas and Houston municipal codes.
- The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project shall maintain current Professional Engineer (PE) licensure with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists throughout the duration of the engagement.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties before additional work commences. Revised pricing will be issued as a supplemental Quotation Estimate.
- Gulf Coast Telecom Solutions LLC shall carry general liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000 per occurrence and professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance of $1,000,000, with the client named as an additional insured.
- All work performed in the United States Houston area shall comply with OSHA safety standards and local fire marshal requirements. The Telecommunication Engineer team will conduct daily safety briefings on-site.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. Acceptance of this estimate does not obligate either party to proceed.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Harris County, Texas, United States Houston, in accordance with the Texas Mediation Act.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Gulf Coast Telecom Solutions LLC to proceed with the Telecommunication Engineer services as described herein, subject to the terms and conditions stated above.
