- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, labor rates, or regulatory requirements in the United States Los Angeles market.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon execution of the contract, 40% progress payment at the midpoint of installation, and 30% final payment upon successful commissioning and delivery of all as-built documentation.
- All work performed by the Telecommunication Engineer and associated technicians shall comply with the California Business and Professions Code, the National Electrical Code (NEC 2023), and all applicable Los Angeles municipal ordinances.
- The Telecommunication Engineer shall carry a minimum of $2,000,000 in general liability insurance and $1,000,000 in professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance, naming the client as an additional insured.
- Any change in scope beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order signed by both parties prior to execution of additional work.
- Warranty: All installed telecommunications infrastructure is warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance, covering workmanship defects. Manufacturer warranties on equipment (cables, access points, patch panels) remain in effect per the respective vendor terms.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal agreement is executed by both parties. Apex Telecommunications Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion prior to contract execution.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, United States.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Apex Telecommunications Solutions, Inc. to proceed with the Telecommunication Engineer services as described herein for the project located in United States Los Angeles.
