The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project will provide comprehensive design, installation, testing, and commissioning of telecommunications infrastructure at the client's facility located in United States Miami. The scope includes but is not limited to: structured cabling design (Cat6A and fiber optic), wireless LAN/WAN deployment, VoIP telephony system integration, network security architecture, and compliance with all applicable Florida and United States telecommunications regulations. The Telecommunication Engineer will also coordinate with local Miami-Dade County building authorities to ensure all installations meet the International Building Code (IBC) and NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) requirements specific to the United States Miami jurisdiction.

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following milestone-based payment schedule to ensure alignment between deliverables and compensation for the Telecommunication Engineer team:

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for the Telecommunication Engineer services and materials may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United States Miami region.
2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the applicable codes and standards of the State of Florida, Miami-Dade County, and the United States federal government, including but not limited to FCC Part 68, TIA-568, and BICSI standards.
3. The Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this project holds a P.E. (Professional Engineer) license in the State of Florida and is certified by BICSI, CompTIA, and the relevant manufacturer certifications for all equipment specified herein.
4. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences. The Quotation Estimate does not cover work outside the defined scope.
5. Apex Telecommunications Solutions, Inc. shall provide a two-year warranty on all labor and a manufacturer's warranty on all materials and equipment installed at the United States Miami project site.
6. Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Florida law, whichever is less.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon acceptance, it shall serve as the governing document for the Telecommunication Engineer engagement.
8. All work will be performed during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time) unless otherwise agreed in writing. After-hours or weekend work in the United States Miami area will be billed at 1.5x the standard rate.
9. Apex Telecommunications Solutions, Inc. maintains general liability insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence and workers' compensation coverage as required by the State of Florida. Certificates of insurance shall be provided upon request.
10. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
