1. Scope of Work

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Bay Area Telecom Solutions Inc. to Golden Gate Infrastructure Partners LLC for the engagement of a senior Telecommunication Engineer and supporting technical team to deliver comprehensive telecommunications infrastructure services across multiple commercial and residential sites located in United States San Francisco. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:

  • Site Surveys and Feasibility Analysis: Conduct detailed RF propagation studies, fiber optic route surveys, and structural assessments at all designated locations within the San Francisco metropolitan area, including compliance verification with the San Francisco Department of Building Inspection and local zoning ordinances.
  • Network Architecture Design: Develop complete engineering drawings, system schematics, and technical specifications for a converged IP-based telecommunications network supporting voice, data, video, and IoT services for approximately 12,000 end-user connections.
  • Fiber Optic and Copper Infrastructure Installation: Supervise and manage the physical installation of single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic cabling, structured copper cabling (Cat 6A), and associated rack-and-stack equipment across three primary buildings in the SoMa district.
  • Wireless and Cellular Coverage Design: Design and specify in-building wireless coverage solutions, including small cell deployment, DAS (Distributed Antenna System) architecture, and 5G NR readiness assessments aligned with FCC regulations and San Francisco municipal wireless permits.
  • Commissioning, Testing, and Documentation: Perform full end-to-end system testing, performance benchmarking, and deliver as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and warranty certificates for all installed telecommunications systems.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 — A mobilization payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate value, amounting to $57,571.35, shall be due within ten (10) business days of mutual execution of this agreement.

3.2 — Progress payments of twenty percent (20%) shall be invoiced at the completion of each major milestone as defined in the project schedule (Site Surveys, Design Delivery, Installation Completion, Commissioning).

3.3 — The final balance of twenty-five percent (25%) shall be due within fifteen (15) business days of successful handover, acceptance of as-built documentation, and issuance of the Certificate of Completion by the designated Telecommunication Engineer of record.

3.4 — All payments shall be made via wire transfer to the account designated by Bay Area Telecom Solutions Inc. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under California law, whichever is lower.

4. Terms and Conditions

4.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the assigned Telecommunication Engineer team are subject to re-evaluation.

4.2 — All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), TIA/EIA-568 standards, FCC Part 68 and Part 95 regulations, and all applicable building codes of the City and County of San Francisco, United States.

4.3 — Bay Area Telecom Solutions Inc. shall maintain comprehensive General Liability Insurance (minimum $2,000,000 per occurrence), Professional Liability / Errors & Omissions Insurance (minimum $5,000,000), and Workers' Compensation Insurance as required by the State of California throughout the duration of the project.

4.4 — The Client shall provide timely access to all project sites within United States San Francisco, including coordination with building management, property owners, and any third-party contractors. Delays in site access exceeding five (5) business days shall entitle the Engineer to a corresponding extension of the project timeline and associated cost adjustments.

4.5 — Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in Section 1 shall be subject to a formal Change Order, signed by both parties, prior to execution of the additional work.

4.6 — This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

4.7 — The Telecommunication Engineer services provided under this Quotation Estimate carry a warranty period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in design, engineering, and installation workmanship.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for Telecommunication Engineer services to be delivered in United States San Francisco.
