4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability commitments are subject to re-evaluation due to fluctuating equipment costs and exchange rate variations in the Uzbekistan Tashkent market.
4.2 Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of infrastructure installation and equipment delivery in Uzbekistan Tashkent, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all documentation.
4.3 The Telecommunication Engineer and all supporting personnel shall comply with all labor laws, work permit regulations, and visa requirements of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The client shall facilitate the issuance of necessary work permits for foreign specialists deployed to Tashkent.
4.4 Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order, with revised pricing agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to execution.
4.5 All equipment supplied under this Quotation Estimate carries a minimum 24-month warranty from the date of commissioning. The Telecommunication Engineer shall provide remote and on-site technical support during the warranty period.
4.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.
