Apex Linguistic Solutions Ltd. is pleased to offer the following Translator Interpreter services tailored to the operational needs of our client in Bangladesh Dhaka:

All Translator Interpreter professionals assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall meet the following minimum qualifications: a minimum of five (5) years of professional interpretation experience in the Bangladesh Dhaka market, fluency in both English and Bengali (Bangla) with native-level proficiency, prior experience in corporate, legal, or diplomatic settings, and familiarity with the specific industry terminology relevant to the client's sector. Each Translator Interpreter will undergo a pre-event briefing in Bangladesh Dhaka to ensure alignment with the client's objectives, terminology preferences, and cultural sensitivities specific to the local business environment.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% shall be settled within seven (7) working days following the completion of all Translator Interpreter services.
• All Translator Interpreter services will be performed in Bangladesh Dhaka at the venue specified by the client. Any change of venue within the Bangladesh Dhaka metropolitan area will not incur additional charges; relocation outside the metropolitan area will be quoted separately.
• The Translator Interpreter team shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, trade secrets, and proprietary data encountered during the engagement in Bangladesh Dhaka. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of services.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the event will incur no penalty. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days will be subject to a 25% fee. Cancellations within 7 days will be subject to a 50% fee of the total Quotation Estimate value.
• Any additional Translator Interpreter hours or services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the hourly rates specified in Section 2, subject to prior written approval by the client.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka.
