- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability of the designated Translator Interpreter.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within fifteen (15) business days following the completion of all services in Brazil, Brasília.
- All rates are quoted in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (ISS, PIS, COFINS) as mandated by the Federal District of Brasília tax regulations.
- The Translator Interpreter shall maintain strict confidentiality of all materials, discussions, and documents encountered during the engagement in Brasília. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services.
- Any additional hours, extra language pairs, or extended document translation beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the respective unit rates stated above, subject to prior written approval by the Client.
- The Client is responsible for securing all necessary venue access permits, security clearances, and diplomatic credentials required for the Translator Interpreter to operate within restricted government facilities in Brasília.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government shutdowns, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting the Brasília Federal District, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Brasília – DF, Brazil, in accordance with the rules of the Brazilian Arbitration Association (CAB).
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes LinguaBridge Professional Translation & Interpretation Ltd. to proceed with the engagement of the specified Translator Interpreter for the services to be rendered in Brazil, Brasília, under the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The final service agreement shall be executed as a separate document incorporating all terms referenced herein.
