4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Canada Montreal language services sector.
- Payment Terms: A 30% deposit is due upon acceptance of this quotation. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within thirty (30) days of invoice date. All payments are to be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via electronic transfer to the Canada Montreal office account.
- Confidentiality: All Translator Interpreter personnel assigned to this engagement will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
