The Translator Interpreter services proposed under this Quotation Estimate encompass the following professional activities to be conducted in Chile Santiago:

All Translator Interpreter professionals assigned under this Quotation Estimate hold minimum qualifications including: a university degree in Translation and Interpretation from an accredited institution in Chile Santiago or an equivalent international university; a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation; certification from the Chilean Chamber of Commerce or the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC); and specialized knowledge in the mining, engineering, and legal sectors. Each Translator Interpreter will undergo a pre-assignment briefing to ensure full familiarity with the client's technical terminology and operational context specific to the Chile Santiago region.

This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment conditions. A non-refundable deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total amount, equivalent to USD $3,594.00, is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement. This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client require the Translator Interpreter services beyond the validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and availability in Chile Santiago will be issued. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement for the services described herein, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 6.

• All Translator Interpreter services shall be performed in Chile Santiago or at such other locations within the Metropolitan Region as mutually agreed upon in writing.
• The agency guarantees strict confidentiality of all materials, discussions, and documents handled by the Translator Interpreter team, in compliance with Chilean data protection law (Ley 19.628).
