The Translator Interpreter assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall operate exclusively within the administrative boundaries of China Beijing, including but not limited to the districts of Dongcheng, Xicheng, Chaoyang, Haidian, Fengtai, and Shijingshan. The Translator Interpreter is expected to maintain strict confidentiality of all client materials, proprietary information, and negotiation content encountered during assignments in China Beijing. All written translation deliverables shall be provided in both Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF formats, with a minimum of two rounds of quality assurance review before final delivery.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period requires a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Translator Interpreter services in China Beijing.
Payment terms: 50% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% shall be settled within fourteen (14) business days following completion of all Translator Interpreter services.
All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan Renminbi (CNY) via bank transfer to the account designated by GlobalBridge Language Solutions Ltd., Beijing branch.
The Translator Interpreter shall arrive at the designated China Beijing venue no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled start of any interpretation session.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service incur no charge. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled Translator Interpreter rate. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to 100% of the scheduled fee.
Any additional hours, extended assignments, or scope changes beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the applicable hourly rate for the Translator Interpreter and require prior written approval from the client.
GlobalBridge Language Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, public health emergencies, or government-mandated restrictions affecting operations in China Beijing.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties via signed purchase order or service agreement.
All Translator Interpreter personnel are bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specific to the client's engagement in China Beijing, with a confidentiality period extending two (2) years beyond the completion of services.
