Cost Summary

All amounts are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). An equivalent amount in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) may be arranged upon request at the prevailing Central Bank of Egypt exchange rate on the date of invoice issuance.

Translator Interpreter Qualifications and Standards

The Translator Interpreter assigned to your project in Egypt Cairo will hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Translation and Interpretation from a recognized Egyptian or international university, with a minimum of eight years of professional experience in the relevant subject-matter fields (international trade, industrial manufacturing, and commercial law). All interpreters on our roster are certified by the Egyptian Syndicate of Translators and Interpreters and maintain professional liability insurance. This Quotation Estimate assumes the deployment of one lead Translator Interpreter and one backup linguist to ensure continuity of service throughout the engagement period in Egypt Cairo.

Terms and Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiry date, rates and availability of the Translator Interpreter team may be subject to revision.
2. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of on-site services in Egypt Cairo, and 20% upon final delivery of all translated documents.
3. The Translator Interpreter services are subject to a minimum engagement of four (4) consecutive hours per day. Any engagement shorter than this minimum will be billed at the full four-hour rate.
4. Travel time within the Greater Egypt Cairo metropolitan area (including Giza, 6th of October City, and New Cairo) is included. Travel to locations outside this area (e.g., Alexandria, Suez, or Aswan) will be billed at an additional rate of EGP 1,200 per hour plus actual transportation costs.
5. All work products, including translated documents and interpretation transcripts, remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Cairo Linguistic Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to reference the engagement in its portfolio with the client's written consent.
6. Confidentiality: The Translator Interpreter and all support staff are bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). No information pertaining to the client's business operations, trade negotiations, or proprietary data in Egypt Cairo shall be disclosed to any third party.
7. Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service date incur no charge. Cancellations within 72 hours will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled day's rate. Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a 100% fee.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement incorporating the terms herein.
9. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center, with the seat of arbitration in Egypt Cairo.
