This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon written acceptance by the client, a formal service contract will be generated, incorporating all terms, conditions, and deliverables specified herein. Payment terms are structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon contract signature; 40% is due upon completion of the first month of Translator Interpreter services in France Lyon; and the remaining 20% is due within fourteen (14) days of the final service delivery and submission of the closing invoice.
All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of any additional costs that may arise from scope changes, emergency scheduling (less than 48 hours' notice), or the requirement for additional Translator Interpreter personnel beyond the originally agreed team. Any such modifications will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by our agency prior to implementation.
The Translator Interpreter is required to maintain absolute professional discretion.
