3.1 Validity. This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision due to market conditions, exchange-rate fluctuations, or changes in the availability of the assigned Translator Interpreter in France Marseille.
3.2 Payment Terms. A deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining seventy percent (70%) shall be invoiced within five (5) business days following the completion of all services.
