- Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding service agreement upon written acceptance by the client (signature and return of this document or written confirmation via email) within the validity period stated above.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (€6,523.20) is due upon acceptance. The remaining 60% (€9,784.80) is payable within fifteen (15) business days of service completion. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account details provided on the final invoice.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the Translator Interpreter engagement with more than seven (7) calendar days' notice incurs no charge. Cancellation with less than seven (7) days' notice is subject to a 50% fee on the scheduled hours. Cancellation on the day of service incurs 100% of the scheduled fee.
- Confidentiality: The Translator Interpreter and all LinguaBridge personnel are bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). All documents, recordings, and verbal communications handled during the engagement in France Paris shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the client.
- Quality Guarantee: All written translation deliverables are subject to a two-stage quality assurance process (translation followed by independent review). In the event of a material error identified within fourteen (14) days of delivery, the correction shall be performed at no additional cost.
