- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the designated Translator Interpreter in Germany Munich are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 60% balance due within fourteen (14) business days following the conclusion of all services in Germany Munich. - The Translator Interpreter is responsible for providing all interpretation equipment (headsets, microphones, recording devices) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Equipment failure due to normal wear will be remedied at no additional cost.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather affecting Munich, public transport strikes in the Germany Munich region, or government-mandated closures, will result in a proportional adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the Local Court (Amtsgericht) of Munich, Germany.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The Translator Interpreter engagement is formalised only upon execution of the accompanying Service Agreement.
