This Quotation Estimate is issued by Accra Linguistic Solutions Ltd. in response to the formal request received from West Africa Development Group for the engagement of a qualified Translator Interpreter to provide comprehensive language support services in Ghana Accra. The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of work, applicable rates, deliverables, and commercial terms governing the proposed engagement. This Quotation Estimate reflects our commitment to delivering top-tier Translator Interpreter services tailored to the linguistic and cultural context of Ghana Accra, where multilingual communication is essential for effective business operations, diplomatic engagements, and community development initiatives.

The Translator Interpreter services proposed under this Quotation Estimate encompass the following deliverables to be executed within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area and its environs:

Consecutive Interpretation: Provision of a certified Translator Interpreter for board meetings, investor presentations, and stakeholder consultations held in Ghana Accra, covering English, Twi, Ga, Ewe, and French.
Simultaneous Interpretation: Deployment of a Translator Interpreter equipped with portable simultaneous interpretation equipment for the three-day West Africa Trade & Investment Summit scheduled at the Accra International Conference Centre in Ghana Accra.
Document Translation: Translation of legal contracts, technical manuals, and corporate reports (approximately 12,000 words) from English to Twi and French, to be completed by the assigned Translator Interpreter team.
On-Site Liaison Support: Availability of a Translator Interpreter for daily liaison duties at the client's project site in the Tema Industrial Area, Ghana Accra, for a period of six (6) weeks.
Remote Interpretation: Virtual Translator Interpreter support via secure video conferencing for off-site meetings, available on a standby basis throughout the contract period.

All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of the Translator Interpreter's professional fees, equipment, and standard working hours. Any overtime beyond the agreed daily schedule in Ghana Accra shall be billed at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, rates for the Translator Interpreter engagement in Ghana Accra may be subject to revision.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the on-site liaison phase; and 20% upon final delivery of all translated documents and a written completion certificate.
The Translator Interpreter assigned to this project in Ghana Accra shall be a certified professional with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the relevant language pairs and familiarity with Ghanaian business and legal terminology.
Confidentiality: All documents and information handled by the Translator Interpreter in the course of this engagement in Ghana Accra shall be treated as strictly confidential and subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to commencement of work.
Cancellation: The client may cancel this Quotation Estimate engagement with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of cancellation, 25% of the total quoted amount shall be retained as a mobilisation and preparation fee.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Ghana Accra, or public health emergencies.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and rates set forth herein for the engagement of a Translator Interpreter in Ghana Accra. This signature constitutes formal acceptance and authorises Accra Linguistic Solutions Ltd. to commence the proposed services.
