The service will be delivered on-site at the client's designated venues across India New Delhi, including the India International Trade Fair Grounds (IITF), the client's corporate headquarters in Lodhi Road, and the Taj Palace Hotel for evening networking events.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on market conditions and availability of the Translator Interpreter.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% within seven (7) working days of service completion in India New Delhi.
- The Translator Interpreter shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, trade secrets, and negotiation content encountered during the engagement.
- Any additional hours, languages, or venues beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the hourly rates specified above, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- The Translator Interpreter is expected to arrive at each venue in India New Delhi at least thirty minutes prior to the scheduled start time for equipment setup and briefings.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-imposed travel restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting India New Delhi, shall be handled through mutual consultation and equitable rescheduling.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
- The Translator Interpreter shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of INR 50,00,000 for the duration of the engagement.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Translator Interpreter in India New Delhi. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
