This Quotation Estimate is issued by Global Linguistic Solutions Ltd. to provide professional Translator Interpreter services for the duration of the referenced project located in Iraq Baghdad. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of rates due to potential fluctuations in the Iraqi Dinar exchange rate and local operational costs in Iraq Baghdad.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 30% upon completion of the first 90-day service period; 30% upon final project completion and delivery of all translated documents. All payments shall be made in US Dollars via wire transfer to our designated account in Baghdad, Iraq.
- All Translator Interpreter personnel assigned to this project in Iraq Baghdad are bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all project-sensitive information, client data, and government correspondence.
- Quality assurance: Every translated document and interpreted session will undergo a secondary review by a senior linguist. The client is entitled to one (1) free revision cycle per deliverable. Additional revisions will be billed at 50% of the original unit rate.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellation with more than 14 days' written notice incurs no penalty. Cancellation with less than 14 days' notice will be subject to a 25% fee on the remaining contract value. Cancellation within 7 days will incur a 50% fee.
- Force majeure: In the event of political instability, security disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions in Iraq Baghdad that prevent the Translator Interpreter team from performing their duties, affected days will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client. Prolonged disruptions exceeding 30 consecutive days may trigger a mutual termination clause.
- All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the laws of the Republic of Iraq, including the Iraqi Labor Law, data protection regulations, and any applicable municipal ordinances in Baghdad.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Baghdad, Iraq, in accordance with the rules of the Iraqi Arbitration Center. The governing language for all contractual communications shall be English, with Arabic as the secondary reference language.
