1. Scope of Services – Translator Interpreter Assignment in Italy Milan
This Quotation Estimate is issued by LinguaBridge Professional Services S.r.l. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a certified Translator Interpreter to support Nordwind Industrial Group GmbH during its five-day executive summit and bilateral trade negotiations scheduled to take place in Italy Milan. The Translator Interpreter will facilitate real-time communication between German-speaking executives and Italian counterparts across all sessions, including plenary addresses, closed-door negotiations, technical briefings, and informal networking receptions.
The Translator Interpreter assigned to this project will hold a recognised certification from the Italian Chamber of Commerce (Camera di Commercio di Milano) and will possess a minimum of twelve years of professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation within the industrial manufacturing and energy sectors. All services will be delivered on-site in Italy Milan, with the Translator Interpreter responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and daily sustenance as itemised below.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. After 14 July 2025, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Italy Milan.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% (€ 8,235.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% (€ 12,352.50) shall be invoiced within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the event in Italy Milan and is payable within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the event incurs a 25% fee on the total Quotation Estimate amount. Cancellation between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days incurs a 50% fee. Cancellation within seven (7) days or a no-show incurs 100% of the total amount.
3.4 Translator Interpreter Availability: The specific Translator Interpreter named in the confirmation letter is guaranteed for the duration of the event. In the unlikely event of illness or force majeure, LinguaBridge shall provide a substitute of equal or superior qualification at no additional cost.
3.5 Working Hours & Overtime: Standard working hours are 09:00 to 18:00 CET with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime beyond 8 hours per day is billed at 1.5× the applicable hourly rate for the Translator Interpreter.
3.6 Confidentiality: The Translator Interpreter shall sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the commencement of services. All documents, recordings, and notes related to the event in Italy Milan shall be destroyed or returned within 72 hours of the event's conclusion.
3.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Milan, Italy.
3.8 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting the city of Milan.
4. Acceptance and Authorisation
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Translator Interpreter services to be rendered in Italy Milan. This signature constitutes a binding agreement for the services described herein.
