4. Translator Interpreter Qualifications & Standards
Every Translator Interpreter assigned to your project in Japan Kyoto will meet the following minimum qualifications: a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in the relevant language pair; certification from the Japan Translation and Interpretation Association (JTA) or equivalent international body; specialized domain knowledge in the subject matter of your event (e.g., technology, finance, healthcare, or cultural heritage); and demonstrated familiarity with the business etiquette, terminology, and regulatory environment specific to the Japan Kyoto region. 5. Terms and Conditions

- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced within seven (7) business days following the completion of all services.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled service date in Japan Kyoto will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations within 14 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 72 hours will be subject to the full quoted amount.
