The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent engagement of the Translator Interpreter in Kenya Nairobi:
1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of all services. Payments may be made via bank transfer to our account at Equity Bank, Kenya Nairobi branch, or by certified cheque.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received more than fourteen (14) days before the event date will incur a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will be charged 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours will be charged in full.
4. Translator Interpreter Availability: The assigned Translator Interpreter is subject to prior confirmation. In the unlikely event of illness or unavailability, we guarantee a replacement of equal or superior qualification at no additional cost to the client.
5. Confidentiality: The Translator Interpreter shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All documents, recordings, and verbal communications handled during the engagement in Kenya Nairobi shall remain strictly confidential.
6. Intellectual Property: All translated documents and interpretation transcripts produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995.
