1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, BridgeLink Language Solutions reserves the right to revise the rates reflected in this Quotation Estimate based on current market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is required within five (5) working days of acceptance. The remaining balance shall be settled within fourteen (14) calendar days from the completion of all Translator Interpreter services. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the official invoice.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received more than seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled engagement date will incur a fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellations within seven (7) working days will be subject to a fifty percent (50%) charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the engagement.
4. Scope Changes: Any modifications to the scope of Translator Interpreter services, including additional language pairs, extended hours, or changes to the operational location within Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by our account management team.
5. Confidentiality: All Translator Interpreter personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate are bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). No client information, trade secrets, or proprietary data shall be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the client.
6.
