1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

The Translator Interpreter assigned to this engagement in Mexico Mexico City shall meet the following minimum qualifications: a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation; certification from the Mexican National Council for Science and Technology (CONACYT) or equivalent international accreditation (ATA, AIIC); demonstrated fluency in both Spanish and English at a C2 level per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR); and a clean professional record with no conflicts of interest. The Translator Interpreter will adhere to the strictest codes of confidentiality and will execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the commencement of services. 4. Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments, invoiced on the last business day of each calendar month. The client agrees to remit payment within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice receipt via bank transfer to the account designated by LinguaBridge Professional Language Solutions, S.A. de C.V. A 10% advance payment is required to confirm the Translator Interpreter assignment and secure the schedule. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Mexican commercial law. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.

5. Cancellation & Amendment Policy

Should the client wish to cancel or modify the Translator Interpreter engagement, written notice must be provided a minimum of ten (10) business days in advance. Cancellations within the notice period will incur a 25% fee on the remaining contracted value. Any changes to scope, duration, or service location within Mexico Mexico City will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by our office within five (5) business days of the change request.
