- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Translator Interpreter services in Myanmar Yangon may be subject to revision based on market conditions, exchange rate fluctuations, and availability of qualified personnel.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount shall be paid as an advance upon acceptance of this document. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled within fourteen (14) days of the completion of all Translator Interpreter services in Myanmar Yangon.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Golden Pagoda Language Services Ltd. as specified in the attached payment schedule. Alternatively, payments in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) at the prevailing Central Bank of Myanmar exchange rate on the date of invoicing are acceptable.
- The Translator Interpreter assigned to this project in Myanmar Yangon shall adhere to a strict code of confidentiality. All documents, discussions, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the client.
- Any additional Translator Interpreter hours, extended sessions, or scope changes beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order signed by both parties. Additional services in Myanmar Yangon will be billed at the rates specified in Section 2 of this document.
- Travel and accommodation within the Yangon metropolitan area are included in the rates above. Should the client require the Translator Interpreter to travel outside Yangon (e.g., to Mandalay, Naypyidaw, or other regions of Myanmar), additional travel and lodging costs will be quoted separately.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Myanmar Yangon, may result in the postponement or cancellation of scheduled Translator Interpreter sessions. In such cases, no penalty shall apply to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service delivery in Myanmar Yangon shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre in Yangon.
