This Quotation Estimate is issued by Himalayan Linguistic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to provide comprehensive Translator Interpreter services for the client's ongoing development and humanitarian projects based in Nepal Kathmandu. The services encompass simultaneous interpretation, consecutive interpretation, document translation, and on-site linguistic support across the Kathmandu Valley region. All Translator Interpreter professionals assigned to this engagement are certified, native-level speakers of Nepali (Nepal Bhasa) with professional proficiency in English, and where required, additional languages including Hindi, Maithili, Tamang, and Newari (Nepal Bhasa).

The Translator Interpreter team will be deployed to support the client's field operations, stakeholder meetings, community engagement sessions, donor presentations, and official correspondence within Nepal Kathmandu and its surrounding municipalities. This Quotation Estimate reflects the full cost of personnel, equipment, logistics, and administrative overhead for the stated engagement period.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Translator Interpreter services in Nepal Kathmandu may be subject to revision based on market rates, exchange fluctuations, or availability of qualified linguists.
All Translator Interpreter professionals engaged under this estimate shall be vetted, background-checked, and certified by Himalayan Linguistic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. prior to deployment in Nepal Kathmandu. The client reserves the right to request substitution of any individual linguist with equivalent qualifications.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the eighth (8th) week of the engagement, and the remaining 20% within fourteen (14) days of project closure. All payments shall be made in Nepali Rupees (NPR) via bank transfer to the company's designated account in Kathmandu.
Any additional Translator Interpreter hours, pages, or days beyond the quantities stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the same per-unit rates listed in Section 2, subject to prior written approval by the client's project manager.
The Translator Interpreter team shall adhere to strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. All documents, recordings, and verbal content handled during assignments in Nepal Kathmandu shall remain the exclusive property of the client.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, floods), government-imposed curfews, or public health emergencies affecting Nepal Kathmandu, shall suspend service delivery without penalty to either party. This Quotation Estimate shall be extended proportionally.
Applicable taxes: All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at 13% as per Nepal's prevailing tax regulations. VAT shall be added to the final invoice upon project completion.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, arbitration shall be conducted in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Nepal.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and converted into a Service Agreement.
