- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the assigned Translator Interpreter are subject to reconfirmation.
- All services will be performed by a VDI-certified Translator Interpreter with a minimum of five years of professional experience in the Netherlands Amsterdam region. The specific linguist will be confirmed in writing no later than five business days prior to the engagement date.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of service completion. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the final invoice.
- Cancellations made more than seven (7) business days before the scheduled service date will incur no penalty. Cancellations within seven business days will be subject to a 50% fee of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to a 100% fee.
- All Translator Interpreter deliverables, including translated documents and interpretation transcripts, are subject to a strict confidentiality agreement. No client information obtained during engagements in Netherlands Amsterdam or elsewhere will be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Additional hours, pages, or services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard hourly or per-word rates listed above, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands Amsterdam.
