The primary Translator Interpreter assigned to this project, Ms. Fatima Noor, holds a Master's degree in Translation Studies from the National University of Pakistan Islamabad, a certified Diploma in Simultaneous Interpretation from the International Federation of Conference Interpreters (AIIC), and has served as the lead interpreter for the Pakistan Embassy in Geneva for six consecutive years. She will be supported by two junior interpreters, Mr. Hassan Ali (Arabic/French) and Ms. Ayesha Siddiqui (Mandarin/English), both of whom are registered with the Pakistan Institute of Translators and Interpreters and have completed over 200 hours of government-specific terminology training.

All team members will undergo a mandatory security clearance process as required for operations within the diplomatic and governmental zones of Pakistan Islamabad. Background verification, confidentiality agreements, and professional indemnity insurance will be completed prior to the commencement of services.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates.
Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be settled within fifteen (15) business days of project completion, supported by a detailed timesheet and deliverables report.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled start date will incur a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within seven days will be subject to a 25% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate value.
Confidentiality: All documents, recordings, and verbal communications handled by the Translator Interpreter team are subject to a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in compliance with the Official Secrets Act of Pakistan. No information pertaining to negotiations, trade data, or diplomatic correspondence will be disclosed to any third party.
Revisions and Additional Work: Any scope changes, additional language requirements, or extended hours beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the prevailing hourly rates and require written approval from the client prior to execution.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940, with the seat of arbitration located in Pakistan Islamabad.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Pakistan Islamabad.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The engagement of the Translator Interpreter services shall commence upon receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from the authorized signatory of the Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan Islamabad.
