- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Singapore Singapore language services sector.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required upon acceptance to secure the Translator Interpreter booking. The remaining balance is due within fourteen (14) days of service completion via bank transfer to our designated account.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled service date in Singapore Singapore will incur no penalty. Cancellations between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days will be subject to a 25% fee of the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellations within seven (7) days will incur a 50% fee.
- Scope Changes: Any additional hours, extra language pairs, or expanded document translation beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard hourly or per-word rates and require prior written approval from both parties.
- Confidentiality: Our Translator Interpreter team is bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
