- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in South Africa Cape Town.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance is payable within fourteen (14) days of service completion. Payment is to be made via electronic funds transfer to the account details provided on the invoice.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled service date will incur a fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total quoted amount. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will incur a fee of fifty percent (50%).
- Confidentiality: The assigned Translator Interpreter will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work. All documents and materials provided by the client will be treated as strictly confidential and will be securely destroyed or returned upon project completion.
- Quality Assurance: All written translations will undergo a two-stage quality review process. The Translator Interpreter will be a registered member of the South African Institute of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SAIPTI) and holds a valid professional accreditation.
- Liability: LinguaBridge Professional Services (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Translator Interpreter services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid under this Quotation Estimate.
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa Cape Town.
- Additional Services: Any services not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately and require written approval from the client before commencement.
