This Quotation Estimate covers the provision of a qualified Translator Interpreter specializing in English-Spanish and English-French language pairs. The Translator Interpreter will be available for both consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, as well as written translation of technical, legal, and commercial documents. All services will be delivered on-site in Spain Madrid or at the client's designated premises within the community of Madrid. The Translator Interpreter assigned to this engagement holds a degree in Translation and Interpreting from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and is a registered member of the Colegio Oficial de Traductores e Intérpretes de Madrid.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Translator Interpreter services in Spain Madrid.
2. All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of VAT, which will be applied at the prevailing Spanish rate of 21% at the time of invoicing.
3. The Translator Interpreter will be made available with a minimum of 48 hours' prior written notice for on-site assignments in Spain Madrid. Emergency bookings may be subject to a 25% surcharge.
4. Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within 30 days of service completion and final invoice issuance.
5. All work performed by the Translator Interpreter is subject to strict confidentiality. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of any services.
6. Any additional hours, words, or services beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the unit rates indicated above and require prior written authorization from the client.
7. The Translator Interpreter is entitled to a 15-minute break for every two consecutive hours of interpretation. This time is included in the quoted duration and does not constitute additional billable time.
8. For simultaneous interpretation in Spain Madrid, the client is responsible for providing the necessary equipment (headsets, microphones, soundproof booth) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be issued.
10. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of Spain and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
