The Translator Interpreter services covered by this Quotation Estimate encompass simultaneous interpretation, consecutive interpretation, document translation, on-site facilitation, and remote interpretation support. All Translator Interpreter personnel assigned to this project will be based in or regularly commute to Sudan Khartoum and will possess verified credentials in the relevant language pairs (Arabic–English, Arabic–French, Arabic–Spanish, and Arabic–German).

• This Quotation Estimate assumes that all Translator Interpreter personnel will operate primarily from the client's designated premises within Sudan Khartoum (Khartoum, Omdurman, or Khartoum North). Any relocation to other Sudanese states will incur additional travel surcharges not included herein.

• Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of month three, and 20% upon final delivery. All payments to be made in USD via wire transfer to the company's account in Khartoum, Sudan.
• The Translator Interpreter team will be available for a minimum of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability at the overtime rate specified in Item 08. Sunday is a non-working day in Sudan Khartoum unless otherwise agreed.
• Confidentiality: All Translator Interpreter personnel will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All source documents and translated materials remain the exclusive property of the client.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for interpretation equipment (headsets, consoles, sound systems) unless specifically requested. Rental of such equipment in Sudan Khartoum will be quoted separately at cost plus 10% handling fee.
