4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates for Translator Interpreter services in Switzerland Zurich may be subject to revision based on market conditions and availability.
- Payment Terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% is due within fourteen (14) days of service completion. Payments shall be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) via bank transfer to the account specified in the accompanying invoice.
