The Translator Interpreter assigned to this engagement will hold a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in English–Thai and English–Mandarin bilingual interpretation, with a verified certification from the Thai Institute of Translators and Interpreters (TITI) and a minimum IELTS band score of 8.5. The Translator Interpreter will be physically present in Thailand Bangkok for the full duration of the contracted period and will be available for on-site deployment at any venue within the Bangkok Metropolitan Region upon a minimum of 24-hour advance notice.

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Translator Interpreter services in Thailand Bangkok.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (THB 1,158,810) is due within five (5) business days of written acceptance. The remaining 60% balance (THB 1,738,215) shall be invoiced and settled within fourteen (14) calendar days following the final day of service delivery in Thailand Bangkok.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled start date incurs no penalty. Cancellation between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days incurs a 25% fee on the total Quotation Estimate. Cancellation within seven (7) days incurs a 50% fee. No refunds are issued for services already commenced.
4. Confidentiality: The assigned Translator Interpreter shall execute a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the first day of engagement. All documents, recordings, and verbal communications handled during the assignment in Thailand Bangkok shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the client.
5. Quality Assurance: All written translation deliverables will undergo a two-stage review process (translation followed by independent proofreading by a senior linguist) before final delivery. The Translator Interpreter guarantees a minimum 98% accuracy rate for all interpreted and translated content.
6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions in Thailand Bangkok, pandemics, or civil unrest.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
8. Substitution: The client acknowledges that the specific Translator Interpreter named in the service schedule may, in exceptional circumstances (illness, emergency), be replaced by a linguist of equivalent or superior qualification.
