3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, Bosphorus Language Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to revise the pricing of the Translator Interpreter services due to market fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or availability constraints in Turkey Istanbul.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total estimated cost is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced and payable within fifteen (15) business days of the completion of all Translator Interpreter services in Turkey Istanbul. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the Translator Interpreter engagement must be communicated in writing. Cancellations made within seven (7) business days will be subject to a 50% charge of the total estimated cost.

3.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Turkey Istanbul.
