This Quotation Estimate is predicated on the following assumptions. Should any of these conditions change materially, LinguaBridge Professional Services reserves the right to issue a revised Quotation Estimate within five (5) business days:
- All Translator Interpreter sessions will be conducted at venues located within the United Kingdom London postal districts EC, N, NW, W, SW, SE, and E. Travel to locations outside this area will be billed at an additional rate of £1.50 per mile.
- The Translator Interpreter will be required to provide a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours' notice for any booking or cancellation. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled session value.
- Document translation volumes are estimated. If the final word count exceeds the quoted figure by more than ten percent (10%), the excess will be charged at the per-word rate specified in Item 03.
- Simultaneous interpretation equipment will be set up and tested no later than two (2) hours prior to the commencement of the event. The client is responsible for providing a suitable room with adequate power supply and internet connectivity in United Kingdom London.
- All rates are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of the Translator Interpreter's professional fees, insurance, and standard working hours (08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday). Overtime will be charged at 1.5× the standard hourly rate.
- This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions and currency fluctuations.
Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis, covering all Translator Interpreter services rendered in the preceding calendar month. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account details provided on each invoice. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply to outstanding balances. The initial mobilisation fee of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate value is payable upon acceptance of this document.
All Translator Interpreter personnel engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and will comply fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. No client materials, meeting transcripts, or translated documents will be stored, copied, or disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of Meridian Global Holdings Ltd. All data processing will take place within the United Kingdom London jurisdiction.
