- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiration date, a revised estimate reflecting any updated rates will be provided at no additional cost.
- All Translator Interpreter services will be performed by linguists who are residents of or regularly based in the United States Los Angeles area, ensuring minimal travel delays and full familiarity with local business customs, legal terminology, and regional dialects.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this quotation. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due within fifteen (15) business days following the completion of all services and delivery of final translated documents.
- Confidentiality: The assigned Translator Interpreter and all supporting staff will execute a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work. All source materials, drafts, and final deliverables will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without written authorization from Meridian International Holdings, Inc.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than seventy-two (72) hours before a scheduled on-site session will incur no penalty. Cancellations within seventy-two hours will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled session cost. No-shows will be billed in full.
- All services will be conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing professional interpretation and translation services in the State of California and the United States Los Angeles municipal jurisdiction.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional language pairs, or extended hours beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written change order signed by both parties prior to execution.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein, and authorizes Pacific Linguistic Solutions, LLC to proceed with the engagement of the specified Translator Interpreter services in United States Los Angeles as described in Section 2.
