This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Upon written acceptance by the client, a binding service agreement will be executed, and a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated cost shall be due within five (5) business days. The remaining balance is payable within fifteen (15) business days following the successful completion of all Translator Interpreter services in United States Miami.
All Translator Interpreter personnel engaged under this estimate are bound by strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. No recordings, transcripts, or written materials produced during the engagement may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent from both parties. Our team operates in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing professional language services in the United States, including those specific to the state of Florida and the Miami-Dade County jurisdiction.
Should the client require additional Translator Interpreter hours, additional language pairs, or extended on-site presence beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate, a supplemental addendum will be prepared and must be approved in writing before any additional services are rendered. Rates for supplemental work will not exceed the per-hour rates specified in Section 3 of this document.
Lenguas del Sol Translation Group guarantees that every Translator Interpreter assigned to this project in United States Miami holds a minimum certification from a recognized body (ATA, AIIC, or equivalent) and has completed a client-specific briefing no fewer than seventy-two hours prior to the event. A dedicated quality assurance lead will be present on-site throughout the three-day engagement to monitor accuracy, terminology consistency, and client satisfaction in real time.
Deliverables include: (a) live simultaneous and consecutive interpretation for all scheduled sessions; (b) a fully translated program booklet in Spanish and Portuguese, delivered in print and digital PDF format no later than August 12, 2025; (c) a post-event summary report detailing hours rendered, any deviations from the original schedule, and recommendations for future engagements in the United States Miami area.
