1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period shall require a revised quotation.

3. Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation; 60% balance due within fifteen (15) business days following completion of all services. 4. Any additional hours, pages, or services beyond the scope defined in Section 2 shall be billed at the hourly or per-page rates specified in Section 3, subject to prior written approval by the client.
5. The Translator Interpreter team shall observe strict confidentiality as defined in a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be executed prior to the commencement of services in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
6. All services shall be performed in compliance with the labor laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable international professional standards for interpretation and translation.
7. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Tashkent), either party may suspend or terminate the engagement with written notice, and no liability shall attach beyond amounts already incurred.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties via signature and exchange of executed copies.
