- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, and availability of qualified Translator Interpreter professionals in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- All Translator Interpreter services will be performed in accordance with the professional standards set by the Vietnam Association of Translators and Interpreters (VATI) and applicable international interpretation ethics codes.
- The client agrees to provide at least seventy-two (72) hours' advance notice for any changes in schedule, location, or scope of the Translator Interpreter engagement within Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% fee of the affected line item.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% is due within fourteen (14) days of service completion. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
- Confidentiality: All Translator Interpreter personnel assigned to this project will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. No client documents, trade secrets, or negotiation content will be disclosed to any third party.
- Equipment: Simultaneous interpretation booths, headsets, and digital recording devices will be provided by GlobalBridge Language Solutions at no additional cost, as reflected in Line Item 05 of this Quotation Estimate.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, the matter shall be submitted to the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be executed specifying deliverables, quality benchmarks, and escalation procedures for the Translator Interpreter engagement.
