- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- Payment shall be made in monthly installments on the first business day of each month, via bank transfer to the designated account of the University of Kabul, Kabul, Afghanistan.
- The University Lecturer appointment is for one (1) academic year (September 2025 through August 2026) and is renewable upon mutual written agreement no later than sixty (60) days prior to the end of the current term.
- Kabul International Education Services (KIES) shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in Afghanistan Kabul.
- The University Lecturer is required to maintain valid professional credentials, a clean criminal background record, and compliance with all Afghan labor and immigration regulations throughout the duration of the appointment.
- Any changes to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a formal amendment signed by both parties before implementation.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in accordance with the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
The total Quotation Estimate amount of USD $50,110.00 shall be disbursed as follows: a mobilization advance of 15% ($7,516.50) upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; monthly operational payments of approximately $3,509.17 for the remaining eleven (11) months; and a final settlement adjustment at the conclusion of the academic year to account for any unused allowances or additional incurred costs.
By signing below, the undersigned parties confirm their acceptance of all terms, conditions, and financial figures set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the University Lecturer position at the University of Kabul, Afghanistan Kabul.
