  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised rates due to market fluctuations in the Algeria Algiers academic labor market.
  • All payments shall be processed in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to the designated institutional account. No cash payments are accepted.
  • The University Lecturer shall be bound by the Algerian Higher Education Code (Law 88-01 of 2 March 1988, as amended) and the internal regulations of the University of Algiers.
  • Teaching load is estimated at 120 hours per academic year, distributed across two semesters, with an additional 20 hours allocated to laboratory supervision and student thesis advising.
  • The Bureau shall provide a dedicated account manager based in Algeria Algiers to handle all administrative correspondence, contract renewals, and dispute resolution throughout the engagement period.
  • Early termination by either party requires a written notice of no less than sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of all accrued and unaccrued obligations shall be computed.
  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and approved by the University of Algiers Board of Directors and the relevant Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Algeria.
  • All personal data collected during the recruitment process shall be handled in strict compliance with Algerian Law 18-07 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Payment for the University Lecturer engagement shall be structured as follows: a 20% mobilization advance upon contract signature, 60% disbursed in equal monthly installments over the first eight months of the academic year, and the remaining 20% released upon successful completion of the academic year and submission of the final annual performance report to the Faculty Dean in Algeria Algiers.
