4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

The University Lecturer engagement governed by this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the following terms, which are binding upon acceptance by both parties:

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all figures shall be subject to revision in light of the prevailing economic conditions in Argentina Córdoba, including but not limited to the official inflation index published by the Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Censos (INDEC).
The contractual term for the University Lecturer position is one (1) academic year (February to December), renewable upon mutual written agreement and satisfactory performance evaluation conducted by the Faculty Board in Córdoba.
All payments shall be processed via direct bank transfer to an account held at a financial institution operating within the Province of Córdoba, Argentina. Payment terms are net fifteen (15) days from the end of each calendar month.
The University Lecturer shall be required to maintain a minimum residency or regular presence in the city of Córdoba for the duration of the engagement, in order to fulfill in-person teaching obligations and participate in faculty governance activities.
Intellectual property arising from research conducted under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the University Lecturer and the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, in accordance with the institutional IP policy and Argentine national intellectual property legislation (Ley 25.446).
Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days, subject to the completion of any ongoing academic obligations to enrolled students.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract until formally countersigned by the Rector's Office of the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and the appointed University Lecturer.
