Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% deposit (AUD 7,161.00) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% milestone payment (AUD 9,548.00) due upon successful completion of the interview process and issuance of a formal offer to the selected University Lecturer candidate.
- 30% final payment (AUD 7,161.00) due upon the University Lecturer's official commencement date and completion of the onboarding period.
All payments are to be made via direct bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month in accordance with Australian commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Australia Melbourne.
